The SBIR program offers small business financing to support bio-medical research and development with commercialization potential. The STTR program facilitates cooperation between small businesses and universities and institutes by supporting projects with commercialization potential. On 3/12/23, NSF invited us to submit a proposal to the SBIR/STTR program and on 10/17/23, we applied together with Carnegie Mellon University and the Digester DOC LLC laboratory for the full proposal.
100K Latam, international competition organized by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology, where 22 countries compete, of which five projects are selected for each category.
Radio UNR: Incorporation of artificial intelligence in the control of the biogas generation process. Machine learning and neural networks to make non-polluting and sustainable energy based on organic waste more efficient.
With more than 17 years of experience, the INNOVAR National Innovation Contest is the pioneering initiative that promotes innovation and rewards those who dare to invent, create and improve products and services, at the federal level. The projects are distinguished with the objective of promoting and promoting inventions with high social and commercial impact; promote technology-based ventures; give visibility to processes, patented or patentable products in Argentina and/or abroad and services that entail a demonstrated generation of value; and continue strengthening the development of a national innovative culture.
Entrepreneurship that developed a system that uses artificial intelligence to automate the operation of biogas plants to take advantage of the energy potential that the region has.
The event took place at the Bicentennial Museum of the Casa Rosada and DIOXI with seven techno-entrepreneurs who shared their projects.
The Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Province of Santa Fe promotes a special award for the best finalist project aimed at the transformation of the agri-food and agro-industrial chain for teams made up mostly of Santa Fe residents. DIOXI participated in the conversation telling about his experience in the IB50K contest and how this award helped boost the project.
The project won the special awards granted by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Bariloche Foundation for being the best business plan in climate change and sustainable energy.
DIOXI won the special #IB50K award provided by the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of the province of Santa Fe: 165 thousand pesos and collaboration in the fundamental technical milestones to move to a minimum viable product for the best high-impact project in the agri-food and agro-industrial chain, intended for finalist teams composed mostly of Santa Fe residents.
DIOXI is a finalist of the #IB50K 2020 contest!
To make the transition towards a sustainable energy matrix possible, this team has developed the first modular system that uses artificial intelligence to control biogas production. #DIOXI reads variables such as temperature, pressure and PH through sensors placed in the biogas production plant and adjusts the values of these variables by controlling pumps and valves. While performing this task, this system learns from the process and improves it. In this way, Dioxi proposes to bring to the industry a system that, using Artificial Intelligence, allows the automation of the operation of biogas plants, taking advantage of the energy potential that the region has.
The team members are students or graduates of the following universities: Universidad Nacional del Litoral; Nova University of Lisbon, Portugal; Paraná Regional Faculty, UTN; Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. National University of the Litoral UTN Paraná Regional Faculty Polytechnic University of Madrid.
